Merge ascending or descending letters to change them (A->B=B)  and get bonus points

You can also merge the same letter (G->G->G=Gx3) to get multipliers

You can merge the same letter and ascending/descending letters (Q->R->R->S=U) to get bonus points and multipliers

Powerups cost you points.
